I am a Postdoctoral Researcher and Lecturer at the University of St.Gallen (Switzerland), where my position is funded by a Great Minds Postdoctoral Fellowship. Currently, I am a Visiting Scholar at the University of Cambridge. I was a Visiting Faculty member at Singapore Management University and a Doctoral Research Fellow at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. I hold a Ph.D. in Finance and a Master's degree in Banking and Finance from the University of St.Gallen.

My primary research interests are real asset markets, with a particular focus on real estate finance, real estate economics, and infrastructure investments. My research has been published in Regional Science and Urban Economics, Real Estate Economics, and the Journal of Real Estate Research, among others. I have presented my work at leading academic conferences, including the annual meeting of the Allied Social Sciences Association and the international conferences of the American Real Estate and Urban Economics Association.
