● [2026-06] Research Visit at the University of Cambridge, United Kingdom: I started a five-month research visit at the Department of Land Economy (Host: Thies Lindenthal).

● [2026-05] Fit for Finance (Executive Education): I delivered two online lectures (one on “Fixed Income Instruments” and one on “Alternative Investments”) in a special certificate course offered to the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority (FINMA).

● [2026-04] Infrastructure Finance and Investment in Emerging Markets (Teaching): My Asia Compact course took place at the St.Gallen Institute for Management in Asia in Singapore for the first time. The course is part of the Master in Banking and Finance at the University of St.Gallen.

● [2026-03] ARES Spring Conference in Destin, Florida, USA: My co-author Benedetta Vernuccio presented our brand new working paper “The Spatial Variation of Price-To-Rent Ratios” for the first time.

● [2026-03] Fit for Private Markets (Executive Education): I held a lecture on “Infrastructure Investing” in this certificate course of the Swiss Institute of Banking and Finance.

● [2026-02] Real Estate Finance (Teaching): I kicked of my introductory course to real estate finance in the Master in Banking and Finance at the University of St.Gallen.
